Concerts

When excited concert crowds are enjoying themselves..

The pre-planning is over, the systems are in place and the supporting acts are coming to an end. The fans are excited. It's time for the main event. Over the next 2 hours or so upwards of 50,000 people will enjoy the music of their favourite singers and band. And at the end of the event the G4S Event Management personnel will ovesee the evacuation of the venue, crowd control and event close down.

And it all started when we received our annual list of events. Planning details increase as we get closer to the concert so that when the concert begins all personnel, supervisory and management staff are fully briefed on the tasks at hand.

With dedicated staff at each agreed location we are there to handle any incident that might arise. We work closely with other agencies such as the Gardai, the Fire Department, the Civil Defence, the Red Cross, and local ambulance services.  

We supply and manage the high specification radio system that allows immediate communications between all G4S personnel as well as other sub-contractors at the venue.
