When we think about intruder alarm systems we often think false alarms. That's because so many are not maintained to current installation standards. Not every alarm system needs to be so. Improved installation standards by certified and licensed installers and the strict requirements of An Garda Siochana have combined to make alarm systems more dependable and efficient.

But whether false or real, you will need to have keyholders appointed before any alarm occurs. 

A professional contracted service from G4S begins with an experienced assessor undertaking a risk analysis of your premises where access routes, emergency exits, the general building layout and all alarm zone charts are reviewed. 

Keys are tested and recorded and alarm panel codes are agreed and implemented, with written procedures documented to cover real and false alarms.

Once our monitoring centre receives an alarm we will despatch our response officers to investigate the incident and manage the event to conclusion.

G4S provides a nationwide alarm response service with directly managed operations in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Athlone and Waterford. In all other areas our work is under the direct control of licensed operators.
